Use of our website and iphone apps has increased over 300% in the past 24 months. We are fast becoming the first choice for the industry sectors we service.
Due to our rapid growth we are looking for a two Customer Service Execs to work within our existing team in Port Melbourne. Their goal is to deliver the best training, setup and service possible to new and existing clients in Australia.
Major Responsibilities:
-Setting up new Businesses in the Machines4u.com.au system
-Liaising with sales staff on handover of new clients
-Training the staff of new Businesses in using the Machines4u system and conducting online training over the phone
-Arranging machinery data from clients to be uploaded by Data Entry Clerk. -Scheduling new maintenance calls to Clients each month -Carrying out scheduled maintenance calls to clients
-Resolving clients issues
