Australian Machinery Wholesalers (AMW) is an established
wholesaler and supplier of trucks, plant and machinery in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.

AMW specializes in the supply and delivery of new and late model - low hour, high quality pre-owned government, corporate, privately owned and demonstrator machinery and other equipment to: Mining and Heavy Industries; Building and Development; Road and Civil Construction and other similar market sectors.

AMW supplies Government Authorities, Private Companies, Mining and Construction Companies as well as Individuals and Public Corporations. AMW currently imports from China, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States and has established supply agreements with Dubai, PNG, and other countries in Africa and Asia.

AMW utilise an extensive network to procure stock from Government and Semi Government Authorities including: the Australian Defence Force, Water and Catchment Authorities, Local Councils and Shires, Energy Companies, Mining and Construction Companies - as well as contractors and individuals. AMW also source a large percentage of its stock from Local Government, Fleet and Leasing Companies - as well as equipment that has been under service and maintenance contracts since being delivered new.

Strict procurement guidelines ensure clients are supplied machinery of the highest quality, ensuring maximum productivity, performance and reduce downtime - maximising return on investment to customers. AMWs has a purpose built facility in Geelong (only 67 km from Melbourne, Australia) with over 22,500 square meters (73,800 square feet) of workshops and other preparation facilities to prepare, paint, service, rebuild and refurbish equipment prior to sale and ensures clients both local and overseas - get professionally presented and prepared equipment ready for immediate use.

The on-site sales, management and administration centre ensures all plant and equipment are sold with the correct supporting documentation - such as operation and safety manuals (where specified) - and are compliant with all Australian legislative requirements such as required safety checks prior to delivery of the machinery or equipment into the workplace.

AMW's Geelong facilities also include an extensive transport, storage and distribution system (with its own low loaders, cranes and tilt trays). It utilises its other sales and distribution facilities in Perth and Brisbane - and road, rail and major port and container facilities in all States for distribution, import and export - ensuring fast and efficient to your door transport and delivery for clients across Australia and overseas.

AMW is also the exclusive Australian distributor for a number of Japanese, Italian, American and Canadian Machinery producers as well as the sole distributor of top quality construction and compaction equipment (refer to the 'New Equipment' section for details).

AMW also specialise in the supply of 'Workmate' products including: Compaction Equipment, Concrete Cutters, Skid Steer and other Earthmoving Equipment Tyres, Aluminium Ramps and Water Cartage Products, plus a complete range of earthmoving attachments including Buckets, Brooms, Borers, Augers, Trenchers and many others.
