Striebig expands COMPACT type series

In October, the company from Littau introduced a clearly expanded
class for beginners in the precision and quality world of
the vertical Striebig sawing technology in Basel.

The COMPACT type series offers novelties and improvements on two counts:
now the models cover a cutting range from 3100 x 1644 mm
(model 4164) to 5350 x 2200 mm (model 6220); by means of the
COMPACT AV version, a version with automatic feed is included in
the product range.

The vertical sawing technology ideally combines precision and profitability.
Since our company exclusively specializes in this one product
category, we probably have the most comprehensive knowledge of this
sector,“ Marcel Brunner, CEO of Striebig says. Brunner further explained
that a versatile know-how and an abundance of detail innovations
were incorporated into the expansion of the COMPACT series.

The special advantages of COMPACT AV become apparent at first
glance: Due to a separate feed motor, automatic feed can be realized
by the sawing unit in horizontal or vertical direction.

Therefore, since the user does not have to carry out any laborious physical work anymore,
the worker can fully concentrate on measuring, cutting and destacking
the panels. The sawing operation is executed automatically
and even more precisely, thus saving a considerable amount of time.
