This year will mark a half century of Lardner Park playing host to the Farm World Expo. Victoria’s leading regional agricultural event will return for a four days fling with regional farmers and agricultural enthusiasts. Expecting numbers of around 55,000 visitors and more than 800 exhibitors, the expo has become Australia’s farming Woodstock.
The expo gives professional farmers a chance to discover the new technology, equipment and services that are shaping the future of the industry. To improve new technology awareness the expo will also host conference sessions, hosted by industry professionals and experts. These seminars will cover information on new equipment info as well as offering expert advice from Victoria’s best farmers.
Farm World will also incite DIY passions with horticulture and crafts workshops that give beginners a few short-cuts to reaching professional craft. Among attendees are Rebel Black and Emma Germano, two female farm and business powers within Australia. The leading ladies will host an empowering lady day lunch that will include food, wine and presentations.
To celebrate the 50 year milestone Farm World will hold an official luncheon, taking time to reflect on the past while planning for the future of the prosperous rural exhibition. The lunch will allow visitors to join important industry figures and learn about the the important work taking place within the region. This year’s festival theme, Food and Fibre, will direct the lunch.
In the past the festival has managed huge numbers, attracting more than 55,000 visitors over the four day event. This influx of rural practitioners, farmers and industry experts presents a unique opportunity for exhibitors to broadcast their product or service to potential clientele. Exhibitors that elect to advertise during the expo will also receive advertisement in Farm World’s publication leading up to the event. If this sounds like something that could help your business, see the Farm World’s exhibitor page for more info.
