IICA Technological Expo (Ballarat) 2017

The Institute of Instrumentation, Control and Automation will run a series of technological expos throughout 2017 with a four hour event set to take place in Ballarat on the 29th of March. The expos will focus on the latest developments within the instrumentation, control and automation industries. These exhibitions and seminars invite workers from any industry where machinery plays an important role, to learn about how the internal circuits and innovations within machinery promote safety and self-management.

Visitors

Attending the IICA expos can benefit both members and non-members just looking to learn a little more about instrumentation, control and automation. The Ballarat exhibition will feature more than 40 exhibitors from the industry and invites visitors to peruse and discuss the products on display, whilst grabbing a drink and bite to eat in a friendly, casual environment.

The types of products finding their way to IICA expos include sensors that measure flow, level, pressure, temperature etc, controllers (PID & simple), signal conditioners (Isolators & Converters) & transducers, automation devices such as PLCs, variable speed drives, servo motors, as well as other safety and measurement systems.

Visitors to the IICA technological expo are also given the opportunity to meet other figures from the industry. The event will provide a forum for networking and will allow visitors from all levels of the industry to make important connections. With a focus on educating and discussing the legislation that impacts the industry within Australia, the IICA expos are a must attend for anyone with a stake in the instrumentation, control and automation field.
