The Tradie Expo hits Perth from June the 16th-18th. The premiere tool expo will continue its tradition of showcasing the latest tool and machinery developments within the construction industry. Building on its appeal to DIY enthusiasts, the trade show will feature hundreds of manufacturing experts on site. These experts will be able to explain and demonstrate the utility of each and every tool at this year’s expo.
Mid-June is the best time for trade professionals and self-proclaimed ‘The Block’ fanatics to find suitable tools for their projects. The Tradie show doesn’t just showcase new tool developments, it offers tools from the industry’s best brands at Expo specials. It’s an opportunity to find Milwaukee, Makita, Hitachi, Irwin tools at discount prices before they reach retail trade stores.
The Tradie Expo will carry tools, recreational and workplace vehicles, commercial construction machinery and equipment, DIY products and workwear from hundreds of leading construction brands. Aside from the gathering of tools and machinery, the show will host exhibitions by recruitment and training services. Giving visiting tradies an opportunity to ask any lingering questions about finding work within the industry.
Following success at previous shows at the Ascot Racecourse, the Tradie Expo will return to the venue in 2017. The size of the venue allows even bigger machines like excavators, loaders and dumpers to exercise their newest functions before huge crowds. The ticket proceeds will be 100% donated to Children’s Leukemia & Cancer Research Foundation, as well as the Desperate for Love Dog Pound Rescue charity.
The Tradie Expo Perth has already invested $100,000 in promoting the 2017 show. The huge advertisement budget aided by the gold coin donation entry cost means that there’s no reason this year won’t be the exhibition’s biggest year yet. Exhibitors of any size can currently apply for space. From machinery producers to resource hubs to workwear companies, the Tradie Expo wants to hear from you. More information can be found on their exhibitor info page.
The cost of entry is a gold coin donation per head. The proceeds from this donation will go to the Children’s Leukemia & Cancer Research Foundation, as well as the Desperate for Love Dog Pound Rescue charity.
The venue has a massive parking capacity, with as many as 1300 car bays available at the Ascot Racecourse. Parking for the event will be free. If you’re driving to the Expo and arriving on Fri & Sat before 9am, you MUST enter off Grandstand Rd onto Raconteur to access the Parking.
