{"id":25550,"date":"2019-03-27T10:16:34","date_gmt":"2019-03-27T00:16:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.machines4u.com.au\/mag\/?p=25550"},"modified":"2022-08-25T16:07:47","modified_gmt":"2022-08-25T06:07:47","slug":"new-aus-john-deere-construction-dealers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.machines4u.com.au\/mag\/new-aus-john-deere-construction-dealers\/","title":{"rendered":"New Australian Deere Construction Dealers Confirmed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Earlier this year, John Deere Construction<\/span> <a href=\"\/mag\/john-deere-hitachi-end-successful-29-year-distribution-arrangement-australia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">announced the end of their distribution agreement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCMA). \u00a0Now, Deere confirmed their new Australian dealers for<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.machines4u.com.au\/brand\/john-deere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">John Deere<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s construction equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deere confirmed their new Australian dealers include AFGRI Equipment (WA) and RDO Equipment (NSW, Qld, SA, NT &amp; TAS), effective as of May 1 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">John Deere Construction and AFGRI Australia<\/span><\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25553\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25553\" style=\"width: 449px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-25553\" src=\"\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/john-deere-construction-grader.jpg\" alt=\"john deere construction motor grader\" width=\"449\" height=\"370\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-25553\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">AFGRI Equipment will be taking over the distribution agreement for WA.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patrick Roux, chairman of AFGRI Equipment Australia, told<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quarrymagazine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quarry Magazine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> they will operate 5 branches across WA:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geraldton<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esperance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boyup Brook<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Albany<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perth<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roux discussed why John Deere approached AFGRI. With a relationship spanning over 56 years, this agreement was a natural next step for both. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe success we\u2019ve enjoyed with the John Deere agricultural range in Western Australia, combined with our outstanding service levels, ethos, customer relationships and extensive retail network in Australia, encouraged John Deere to approach us to manage its construction and forestry equipment retail network in the region,\u201d Roux said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWestern Australia is experiencing a good level of infrastructure development and construction activity. AFGRI Equipment is eager to tap into this to increase market share,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWith the contract now signed, we are very enthusiastic to prove ourselves worthy of this appointment. (RDO Equipment) as the newly appointed John Deere Construction and Forestry (C&amp;F) dealer. On May 1, we take over from Hitachi Construction Machinery to support more than 1,600 machines sold since 2010 in this area.\u201d RDO Equipment says on their website. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With their HQ in the US, RDO Equipment spans across the US, Africa, Mexico, Russia and the Ukraine, as well as Australia. According to their website, they are the largest John Deere dealer in the world.
