After more than 30 years at the helm, co-founders Peter Esse and Graham Murphy have formally stepped down from day-to-day operations. In a strategic and seamless succession, long-standing Chief Operating Officer Steve Zivkovich has been appointed as the company\u2019s new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2025.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>A Legacy Carried Forward<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Incoming CEO Steve Zivkovich is no stranger to Semco. With over 30 years of service and deep operational experience, Zivkovich has long been regarded as one of the driving forces behind the company\u2019s sustained growth and performance.<br \/>\u201cIt is an incredible honour to be entrusted with this role,\u201d said Zivkovich. \u201cI\u2019ve had the privilege of working closely with Peter, Graham and Satch over many years. They built more than a company\u2014they built a culture of care, trust and resilience.
