Original March 1953 Holden FX Sedan 48-215 ~ This car is believed to have had only 2 previous owners ~ No dents, rust or repairs ~ Original paint (Olympic Green), leather seats (colour = Green Vinyl), engine (No. L379902) & running gear ~ Starts, runs & drives fine (see video) ~ Brakes will need attention ~ Speedo reading 14,976 miles ~ Electrics converted to 12v ~ Original radio ~ Previous owner has fitted FJ front grill, but has an as new re-chromed FX grill included ~ also included, spare bonnet, boot lid, original FX grill, bumper & bonnet hinges. ~ Has an original style towbar with pigtails ~ Door cards appear to have been recovered/replaced ~ Spare wheel, jack etc... in boot ~ Has broken bonnet hinge & subsequent minor bonnet damage (see photo) ~ This complete, virtually un-molested FX Sedan, is a VERY RARE FIND (in this condition) ~ Ready for full restoration or preservation of an untouched 77 year old Australian icon. ~ This is as ORIGINAL as they get.
