SRP (Smart Reaction Processing)
When high power cutting the laser optics heat up over time causing a focus shift within the cutting head. This in turn can drastically change the cut edge quality. This drift is automatically compensated for in real time ensuring continuity of cut quality, sheet after sheet. This is also known as cut monitoring on some other Brands.

COF (Carbon steel Oxygen Fast cutting) – available on 12kW onwards
By using a specially designed smaller nozzles and negative focus parameters, improved cutting speeds are achieved with exceptionally smooth cut edges.

CEF (Carbon steel Economy Fast cutting) - available on 12kW onwards
Using high pressure air as the assist gas enables savings in pack gas and reduced part cut times when compared to conventional methods. Software parameters are configured for this function.

LNF (Low Nitrogen Pressure Fast cutting) - available on 12kW onwards
In stainless steels increased speeds are achieved by nozzle design and reducing the nitrogen assist gas pressure. This change in air flow greatly reduces N2 consumption.

Snap positioning
Quicker sheet positioning is now obtained via a camera based optical system. This system is superior than the capacitive nozzle edge detection in that it more accurate +/-0.2mm It only takes a second and can be used on known pre- cut shapes to post cut additional holes etc.
