These units have a service life of about 70,000 hours as compared to a conventional piston compressor of about 10,000 hours .
This compressor is ideal for a CNC or similar because it has a build in air dryer to take any water out of the system. Water from a conventional com[pressor will corrode the inside of the CNC and air guns.
