Heavy Cast Iron Sawing Unit with electronically balanced shafts to ensure vibration free operation. The heavy closed ribbed design of the saw unit ensures long lasting clean cutting operations. The saw unit moves on precision THK guideways and features a multi-v belt for superior grip. The saw unit can house a massive 500mm or optional 550mm Blade!

Quick Release clamping system, no nut is used to clamp the saw blade!

Programmable Scribe Unit which can either be jogged or programmed via the key pad. This scribe unit features a 1hp Motor and will only come into the working position when needed. Electronic setup saves huge amounts of setup time!

Shimless Scribe System - Quick & Easy Adjustments without Removing the Blade!

Programmable Rip Fence on THK Guideways and Ball Screw. This allows for quick and accurate positioning of the fence. It can also be programmed for repetitions. The Rip Fence is a heavy cast iron unit. Automatic compensation is standard when cutting angles.

Trigonomical Cross Cut Table with Digital Readout of angle, both +45 & -45. This table has to be seen to be believed, no more mounting separate mitre fences to the sliding table, this table allows the operator to quickly release a clamp and find the right angle for the job. Automatic compensation for the cross cut stops is also included. (optional)

Casolin's Patented Out Rigger Assembly which features the same chromed rods and steel rollers which are used on the sliding table. This design eliminates nylon rollers which wear flat spots and create a lumpy sliding table.

Heavy Cast Iron Rip Table Assembly with aluminum extension tables for added strength.

Overhead Guard with extraction port to assist with operator comfort and keep your workspace tidy. The overhead guard can also be excluded for special operations.
