Productivity
Strength and smarts combine to give the 650M greater performance from first cut to fine grading. A 74 horsepower engine delivers increased drawbar pull of 39,086 lbs. The hydrostatic drive system provides responsive control you can feel and a robust, box-style C-frame better supports heavy blade forces. Adjustable shuttle settings, combined with an advanced load management system that automatically adjusts track speed as load levels change, give you the pushing power you need at any speed. And beneath it all is a ruggedly redesigned undercarriage, available with three track configurations (including our exclusive 20-inch Wide Track), all of which come standard with clipped grousers for better turning.
Fuel Efficiency
The 650M features a maintenance-free, Tier 4 Final FPT engine that uses Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) technology. This delivers maximum horsepower and torque with no regeneration required, no after-treatment filters to replace and no new fluids to add.
Comfort and Visibility
Not only does the redesigned undercarriage help with performance, it also helps reduce noise and vibration within the cab. Improved seating, ergonomic joystick steering and other standard features such as environmental controls and a radio also help to keep operators comfortably in control. And thanks to smaller idlers, a sloped hood and a cab-forward M Series design, there’s excellent visibility all around the blade and ahead of the machine.
Service ability
An improved undercarriage design with robust components, heavy-duty SALT tracks, and optional Max Life bushings help extend the life of your machine. And all daily service checkpoints – including hydraulic components, filters and electrical components – are accessible from the ground without the need for any tools.
