The EUROFILTER 300 dust collectors are made with panels of galvanised or painted sheet on request. Inside there are bag filters in needle felt C (500 g/m2 with antistatic treatment on request). Automatic mechanical cleaning with vibrator. The wheeled metal containers in the lower part of the filter allow the continuous discharge of shavings and dust. Inside the filtering unit there is also a centrifugal fan with high efficiency backward curved blades, which is therefore soundproof.
Despite having a very robust structure, the filter still very manoeuvrable, thanks to two pivoting wheels. The unit is designed to operate under vacuum to ensure the maximum filtration efficiency and safety (fire and explosion) possible. Optionally available components which meet ATEX standards such as: electric motor, fan, explosion relief, vibrator, fire extinguisher and electrical panel.
