Kraftech offers welding robots for a range of applications that is highly suitable for your needs. For example, we offer a robotic welding cell system that includes:
- Complete range of standardised modular cells
- Customised solutions
- Optimised layouts for maximum productivity
- Full range of Fanuc ArcMate welding robots (such as the Fanuc ArcMate 100iC/8L welding robot and- A12 Fanuc motors)
- Welding power source suppliers/high quality inverter welding equipment (Fronius, ESAB etc.)
The welding cell can be configured for two station operation with 6.8 thread/tail stock positioner on one station. This will allow you to load and unload on one side of the robotic cell while the robot welds on the other side. This maximizes the productivity of the robot and operator.
The Fanuc Robot can be mounted on a servo controlled track, allowing a larger working envelope and optimizing torch position for improved weld joint accessibility.
Optional true offline programming software is also available for low volume welding or one-off applications. This can eliminate production downtime caused by programming when parts that deviates from the standard design is received. In true offline programming, the program is automatically developed by the robot software upon receiving the 3D part (such as STL, step and dxf) from a CAD software.
Kraftech uses laser touch sensing to ensure that the deformations that the workpiece has is taken into account by the robot by applying the proper offsets in the program. Furthermore, by properly defining the tool centre point, less supervision is required by the robot as it repeatedly and consistently produces high quality welds.
