Quartz heaters have the benefit of a rapid response which saves loads of time, and this also enables the benefits of the adjustable stand-by feature which reduces running costs and overall heat emissions.

The machine has a built-in Vacuum Pump with a gauge (marked in Hg & Bar) to indicate what real pressure is being applied under the material. Great for trouble-shooting and ensuring a consistent job is done.

The release feature of the machine can force air between the mould and the sheet to easily pop the part off.
