The "Fifth Dimension" in Woodworking
The PRO-MASTER 7225 opens up completely new production dimensions for woodworking shops and industrial applications in wood and plastics processing. The performance range of this 5-axis power package has a modular design allowing easy adaption with various models of console tables for every operating situation.
For nesting applications, the 5-axis PRO-MASTER 7255 can also be equipped with a high-flow nesting table. With the nesting table, the PRO-MASTER 7225 M can also be used for formatting nesting cutting plans as well as processing workpieces on suction cups positioned on the grid table.
The heart of this machine is the gimbal-mounted 5-axis head. The compact, powerful and fully interpolating machining head operates at speeds up to 24,000 rpm; its ceramic bearings and liquid cooling allow it to work under extremely high loads. The special feature of the optional 17 kW spindle is the PRO-TORQUE technology, which automatically locks the A and C axes mechanically, allowing extremely high torque at the spindle.
