STREAMCURE - UV dryers

The streamcure system is suitable to be positioned in line with a printing machine or with a roller coater.

The streamcure has been engineered to satisfy the production needs of both large size lacquering enterprises and small size paper packaging companies. The machine has a narrow belts conveying system with adjustable vacuum table on its whole length. The conveyor length can be -8000 mm. according to the sheet format to be processed. The feed speed is controlled by the roller coating machine and it is adapted to the production speed. The UV hoods are entirely built in aluminium, they are all equipped with automatic swivelling in case of line stop, stepless power adjustment from 60 W/cm to maximum power and swivelling control sensors. COLDCURE version is available as an option in case of thermo-sensitive substrates.

Hoods are mounted on a longitudinally sliding trolley, which can be manually adjusted with respect to the sheet feeding direction, so to vary the lacquer flow time. By this adjustment it is possible for example to avoid the orange-peal effect by moving away the lamps from the application point or to avoid the too deep absorption of the lacquer into the structure of porous cardboard sheets by moving the lamps as close as possible to the application point. The sheet stacker produce by Superfici is equipped with: • automatic sheet braking • side and front alignment devices • collecting table The stacker achieves high production speeds (more than 7000 sheets per hour) with paper and cardboard from 70 to 650 gr/m2
