For non-foamy products, expect a single operator to fill a pallet of 20L containers in under 10mins. For the foamier products, allow 15mins. Yep, 4-6 pallets per hour, filled and capped with our easy to use capping tool.
The system can be set up and operating within 1hr of delivery. Simply plug the unit into a standard power outlet, hook up your product to the 2in camlock, connect compressed air, and start filling.
Through variable pump speed control, accuracy of +/-10ml is achievable, all with compromising fill time and avoiding product foaming and agitation. This machine is equipped with stainless steel or PVC fill heads capable of handling a range of viscosities.
The 7in touch screen is intuitive and simple, and provides the operator necessary data to track and monitor each fill. Navigation between pre-saved filling 'recipes', the machine's CIP (Clean In Place) function as well as a manual/diagnostics mode is accessible with only a few clicks.
