Tower cranes are the biggest builders in the construction industry. But they are massive structures themselves, standing taller than the buildings they’re building.
Building the structures that build our structures is a lengthy process that requires the use of smaller, vehicle-mounted cranes. So we’ve got people building cranes to build cranes to build buildings to house people. It’s like the circle of life, except there probably won’t be a Disney movie or Elton John song about it.
