HOW WE DO IT
STEP 1 - EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION
Reach out to our team of experts to discuss your unique requirements and we'll create a solution tailor made for you.

STEP 2 - CONFIRMING ORDER DETAILS (< 24 hours)
After consulting with one of our attachment specialists and confirming what attachments you're chasing, we want to get the ball rolling as soon as possible. We will be in touch to confirm the following details prior to starting fabrication:

- Pin Sizes and Hitch Dimensions
- Any further modifications or requirements
- All locked in with just a 50% deposit upfront

STEP 3 - THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS (28 DAYS ON AVERAGE)
The attachments that you need will determine which manufacturing plant we use to complete your order. Our internationally established factories all have different strengths and varying regional benefits. Some might benefit from connections to German M+S manufacturers, whilst others benefit from the Sweedish Hardox Steel fabricators, we try to manufacture everything in the same place but in order to provide you with the highest level of quality we often utilize all resources available to us. During the manufacturing stage you will receive the following updates:

- 25% production completed
- 50% production completed
- 75% production completed
- 100% production completed + with photos attached

STEP 4 - SHIPPING TO MELBOURNE PORT VIA SEA FREIGHT (28 DAYS)
Shortly after completing your attachments they will be created and loaded onto a truck destined for either Shanghai or Qingdao port. Upon arrival at the port, we pack all implements into a container that is to be loaded onto a vessel. After the vessel has been confirmed via our shipping partners we will send you the following updates;

- A departure notice with estimated eta
- Initial Balance request due prior to port arrival
- An Arrival notice following the containers reaching Melbourne port

STEP 5 - PROCESSING AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING (2-7 DAYS)
Upon arriving at our Bond store, we will arrange delivery to either:

- A commercial site with access to a forklift
- A MainFreight Depot or partner warehouse
- A Melbourne Depot for local pickup.

All updates from this point will be via text/email, you will be notified of the following events:

- Order Received
- Picked Up
- In Transit
- At Delivery Depot
- On Delivery Vehicle
- Delivered

STEP 6 - REVIEW AND FOLLOW UP CALL (14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY)
Following the successful delivery, we like to touch base with you to see how everything's going with your new Aussie Buckets attachment! This is just a courtesy call to make sure you're getting the most out of your gear, and also a great opportunity to send us a photo of your attachment working hard!

It doesn't stop there though as we offer 10 years of after-sales support for any problem big or small, as well as a 12-month comprehensive manufacturers warranty providing you with the solutions you need.
