This vacuum unit is mounted on 1600 x 1500 steel pallet
Flitted with a Kohler Aegis LH960 twin cylinder petrol engine
A 400 cfm Roots Dresser blower for the vacuum and a pumping system comprising HBW 40-260 End suction pump. This enables the pump to run continuously pumping sudsy,muddy water out of warehouses and large cold rooms we have been pressure cleaning. It is fitted with auto shut down for when you are pumping to containers and they are full. It is fitted with 50mm vacuum and pump out hoses
It was designed for removing the waste water from inside warehouses during the annual pressure cleaning and sanitizing.
The vacuum hose is either connected to a stationery floor tool placed in the ponding water or a squeegee trolley. Push this trolley around and the floor is left free of surface water.
I have used up to 130m of vacuum hose without any problems.
This is a far superior system for removing waste water than the ride on scrubber machines. It is equal to having an extra man on site.
I have fitted a cyclone separator mounted on a 200lt drum to this machine. This has given it wet and dry capabilities. Ideal for clearing leaves from building gutters
