2023 Himoinsa HYW-245 T5 industrial diesel generator with only 120 operating hours.
Rated at 252 kVA / 201.6 kW, 415V, 50Hz, 3-phase, fitted with a Stamford HCI444D1 alternator and enclosed acoustic canopy.
Manufactured August 2023 and installed new in December 2023. Removed from service in June 2025 after being replaced with a larger-capacity generator as part of a major venue redevelopment and increased future power requirements. The unit was fully operational when removed and was not replaced due to a fault.
Key details: 120 operating hours, 351A rated current, 0.8 power factor, approx. dimensions 3.80m × 1.40m × 2.16m and approx. weight 3,840kg.
Currently stored in Paringa, South Australia and available for inspection by arrangement.
