PC2000 PREMIUM ALLQUIP CAR LICENSE – 2,000 LITRES
Designed for car license vehicle applications, the PC2000 Premium Module combines a compact 2,000-litre tank with diesel powered pumping, versatile spray options and convenient in-cab controls.
The heavy-duty polyethylene tank features internal ball baffling and sits on a heavy-duty aluminium subframe with integrated taillights and number plate lights. Aluminium mudguards and rubber mudflaps complete the installation, while a 600 × 400 × 400mm black powder-coated toolbox provides handy storage for tools and equipment.
A 50mm UV-stabilised poly water pump, coupled to a 6.5 hp electric-start Honda engine, supplies the water delivery system. In-cab controls allow the operator to key-start the pump and operate the spray group and beacon from the driver’s seat.
The 50mm poly pipework feeds two 50mm batter sprays, with a separate 50mm pump outlet and tap outlet providing additional water access. For manual watering and washdown, a high-volume manual-rewind poly hose reel carries 25 metres of 19mm hose, fitted with an adjustable firefighting nozzle.
Filling options include a 50mm hydrant top-fill system with an air gap and check valve. Three 2-metre lengths of 50mm suction hose with camlock fittings and a 50mm foot valve are also supplied for suction filling.
A rear-mounted Hella LED amber beacon provides visibility on site. Internal and external emergency-stop push buttons allow the water pump drive system to be stopped quickly, and a 1.5kg fire extinguisher is positioned within easy reach of the operator.
