East Coast Containers is offering this 20ft Studio Conversion package for $17,500 plus GST ($19,250 including GST). This layout is customisable with plenty of add-on or upgrade options. This is a perfect solution for a backyard office, spare room or teenage hangout. These are generally made to order, although occassionally we do have stock available.

For this conversion, we use a 20ft new (one-trip) shipping container which is 6.1m long x 2.4 wide x 2.6m tall externally. We can also use a high-cube shipping container that stands at 2.9m tall, for $19,500 plus GST.

- 50mm EPS cold room panel insulation (walls and ceiling)
- Vinyl flooring - R10 commercial non-slip (flat lay)
- 1210W x 900H sliding window with fly screen (black or white frame)
- 2110W x 2100H glass sliding door with fly screen (black or white frame)
- Electrical fit-out (1 x 15AMP inlet, distribution board, 2x 4ft LED batten lights, 1x light switch, 4x double GPOs)
- 2.5kw split system air-conditioner with unit placed between insulation and shipping doors (external placement option available)
- External repaint (any Colorbond shade)
