20ft Shipping Container Office/Studio

East Coast Containers is offering this conversion package for a 20ft shipping container office. This package layout is customisable and is priced at $17,500 plus GST.

For this conversion, we use a 20ft new (one-trip) shipping container which is 6.1m long x 2.4 wide x 2.6m tall externally. We can also use a high-cube shipping container that stands at 2.9m tall, for $19,500 plus GST.

This modifications package includes:
- 50mm EPS cold room panel insulation
- Vinyl flooring
- 1200W x 900H sliding window with fly screen (black or white frame)
- 2110W x 2100H glass sliding door (black or white frame)
- Electrical fit-out (1 x 15AMP inlet, distribution board, 2x 4ft LED batten lights, 1x light switch, 4x double GPOs)
- 2.5kw split system air-conditioner (with unit placed between insulation and shipping doors)
