The Binzel style 220 AMP Spool Gun has been engineered for maximum performance when MIG welding softer wires, such as Aluminium. Clear plastic housing allows for full visibility of all moving parts, while the motor is rated for a minimum service life of 1000 hours. This torch also features a specifically designed spool-on DURAFLEX™ Performance Cable system, offering outstanding flexibility, with the highest heat and abrasion resistance.
OPTIMISED FOR SOFT WIRE FEEDING
The spool gun positions the wire spool and drive system right at the torch, shortening the wire path and reducing drag. This gives you smoother, more consistent feeding of soft wires like aluminium and removes the risk of kinks, deformation and birdnesting.
MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
The clear spool housing lets you see the wire feed system in action. Check wire levels, feeding consistency and spool rotation at a glance, so you always know your torch is running smoothly.
