For scrap yards and cable processors handling copper-bearing wire on a regular basis, the ENERPAT WG-400S Industrial Copper Wire Granulator Machine provides a compact way to turn mixed scrap cable into recoverable materials.
Instead of manually stripping or sorting individual wires, the WG-400S granulates the incoming cable and separates the copper fraction from the plastic insulation. The recovered copper can then be collected for recycling, while the plastic is discharged separately.
The machine is equipped with a 27 kW motor and can process approximately 150–300 kg of cable per hour. It accepts cables up to 20 mm in diameter, making it suitable for a variety of scrap streams rather than a single cable type.
The WG-400S can be used for electrical wire, power cable, communication cable, automotive wiring and other copper-containing cables. Its compact configuration is particularly useful where floor space is limited but an in-house wire recycling process is required.
