Peddinghaus 510DGA Double Mitre Bandsaw

Designed for structural and general steel fabrication, the Peddinghaus 510DGA combines accurate cutting with efficient operation. Its rigid twin-column construction, 10 HP blade motor and 3° blade attack angle provide stability for consistent cut quality across beams, channels, angles and hollow sections.

Double mitre cutting allows straight and angled cuts without turning the material, while precision electric ball-screw feed controls blade advancement for improved cutting performance and blade life. Automatic material sensing, rapid blade approach and feed compensation help reduce cycle times.

Close-positioned material clamps provide support at the cut, while a laser line reference simplifies alignment. Minimum quantity lubrication reduces reliance on flood coolant and keeps material cleaner for downstream processing.

Available as a standalone sawing solution or integrated with a Peddinghaus drilling line.
