The Pacific 800L Tilting Vacuum Massager & Tumbler is a high-capacity marinating, curing, and tenderising drum mixer capable of processing 400kg to 500kg per cycle. Ideal for meat processors, poultry facilities, smallgoods manufacturers, seafood processors, and central kitchens, it uses vacuum pressure and gentle rotary tumbling to draw brine and marinades deep into beef, pork, lamb, chicken, ham, bacon, and seafood.
