Strong heavy gauge galvanized tube frame. No internal support posts = maximum usable space. Commercial grade PVC cover.

Pulley Wheel operated entrance doors both ends.

Ratchet strap system to secure the cover to the footplates.

* Commercial grade triple layer Ripstop PolyVinyl Chloride (PVC-450GSM) tarpaulin fabric (same material as truck tarps).
* UV protected, resistant to chemicals and oil.
* PVC cover Allows natural light in while blocking harmful UV, creates comfortable working conditions.
* 100% Waterproof - Superior resistance to rain/snow, mold, wind, cuts and rips.

* Frame is built with high grade 3-layer galvanized steel that prevents chipping, peeling, rust and corrosion.
* Bolt hardware at every connection ensures a solid structure.
* Rugged Ratchet tensioning for quick and easy cover installation.
* Easy assembly, No welding required. Manual included.

Minimum lifespan is 8 years when tensioned correctly. We have had customers report the cover has lasted 10-12 years and more. This is mostly determined by how you tension the cover, you want it kept taught (but not ridiculously tight). If it is loose and flapping around in the breeze it will shorten the lifespan.
The steel frame being fully galvanised and protected from the weather will well outlast the cover.
