The Accuroll 4 roll CNC controlled range of hydraulic plate rolling machines offer high end performance at a fraction of the cost of other machines on the Australian market. This range includes as standard a touch colour CNC controller that is 15" and controls all axes for the ability to do both manual and automatic rolling.

A 4 roll plate rolling machine offers superior rolling quality of components over the traditional 3 roll machine. The structure of the 4 roll machine also allows for less material waste.

Stress Relieved Frame
The machine frame and connections are stress relieved after the welding process. The completed frame is machined in a single pass with one position on the five axis CNC machining centre.
