The semi-automatic Jorns JB bending machine can be configured in lengths from 3.2 to 12.2 meters and with a bending capacity of up to 3 mm thick steel sheet. It offers you flexibility – not only in terms of clamping tools.

The clearance in front of and behind the clamping tool offers above-average space: This allows you to produce bent profiles with maximum efficiency on the Jorns JB bending machines . Furthermore, the use of servo technology and the laterally freely movable stop fingers enable maximum accuracy and flexibility for bending profiles parallel, conical, or pluggable.
The successful bending results and subsequent assembly of your profiles are largely due to the consistent calculation of the development and stop positions using the "bending reduction according to DIN 6935" method, the intuitive graphical programming, the high angular accuracy, and the uniformly closed drip edges. Ultimately, with the JB, you gain time – for greater project freedom and new ideas.

JC100 graphics controller: with multi-nesting function

This control system forms the basis of your entire bending machine's equipment. It is responsible for the very high dimensional and angular accuracy and ensures exceptionally fast results from sketch to profile; automatic springback compensation is integrated. The advantage: profile samples are no longer required during the work process – the first result is immediately accurate and precise.
The multi-nesting function will be particularly useful if, for example, you want to produce a multi-section conical bending profile that is longer than the maximum processing length of your bending machine. Using this function, you can define the planned profile in sketch mode. The result consists of several bent parts that are connected by interlocking them.
