ALFA by Tulip 24m³ Twin Auger Feed Mixer Wagon

Handle substantial feed batches with the ALFA by Tulip 24m³ Feed Mixer Wagon. Combining twin vertical augers, Digi Star weighing scales and heavy-duty steel construction, this mixer is designed for fast, consistent mixing of feed materials and practical daily operation.

Each auger features six large and sixteen small cutting knives, supported by four counter knives. High auger flighting and an anti-spill ring help keep feed contained during mixing, while a two-speed planetary gearbox drives the mixing system. Auger speed is specified at 27 rpm.

An independent chassis, tandem heavy-duty axles and suspension axles provide a robust foundation. Wide flotation tyres support stability and smooth travel across uneven ground, while the swivel tow eye, adjustable drawbar height and wide-angle PTO drive shaft assist with tractor connection and operation. The minimum tractor power requirement is 150 hp.

Digi Star (USA) scales with a tractor-mounted monitor help you track feed quantities. A viewing platform, mineral adding chute, heavy-duty jack and LED lighting for road use and night work add everyday convenience.
