ALFA by Tulip 36m³ Triple Auger Feed Mixer Wagon

Prepare large feed batches with the ALFA by Tulip 36m³ Feed Mixer Wagon. With three vertical augers, Digi Star weighing scales and heavy-duty steel construction, this high-capacity mixer is designed for fast, consistent mixing of feed materials.

Each auger is equipped with eight large and eight small cutting knives, supported by four counter knives. High auger flighting and an anti-spill ring help manage feed within the tub, while a two-speed planetary gearbox drives the mixing system. Auger speed is specified at 22 rpm.

Built on an independent chassis with three heavy-duty ADR Italy axles, suspension axles and wide flotation tyres, the wagon combines substantial capacity with a robust running gear setup. A 25 mm steel base, 10 mm walls and 15 mm auger flighting provide heavy-duty construction throughout the mixing tub.

Digi Star (USA) scales and a tractor-mounted monitor help you track feed quantities, while the viewing platform and mineral adding chute support practical everyday operation. A swivel tow eye, adjustable drawbar height and wide-angle PTO drive shaft assist with tractor connection. Minimum tractor power requirement is 240 hp.
