MULTIPLE WELDING HEAD SUPPORT
Modular EtherCAT control architecture with native Fronius integration, built to support multiple welding heads and processes without a control-system redesign.

INTEGRATED VISION SYSTEM
Vision-based part location and seam-relative positioning, reducing manual fixturing and point-by-point teaching.

NO TEACH PENDANT — FULLY OFFLINE PROGRAMMED
Programs are built and simulated offline in 3D and loaded to the machine. No walking the floor with a pendant, no jogging every point on the shop floor.

PRECISION ENGINEERED
Every axis is built around a validated kinematic model, hardware-tested against real measured results. Low-backlash drive components throughout the wrist and positioner axes.
