The Asset AMF-Series represents a significant breakthrough in the design and construction of filling equipment. Its unique design enables a diverse range of product types and fill volumes to be processed with one compact machine.
A revolutionary Rotary Product Valve system, an Australian Registered Design developed by Asset, handles products from thin liquids to creams and pastes, even products with soft suspended solids - a task previously requiring 2 different types of filling machine. The valve system also allows various product supply methods to be used according to nature of product or customer preference ego elevated or floor-level tank, or pressure feed from an external pump.
The ASSET Pumptite unit is designed for tightening trigger, spray, cream dispenser pumps and other types of closures that cannot be tightened by standard overhead tightening chucks, at throughputs of up to 60 units per minute. The Pumptite unit can be mounted on any standard ASSET Cap Tightening Machines, with the same unit fitting both automatic and semi-automatic models.

These items are in full, perfect working order, and are essentially as new. Reason for sale: we no longer do many 5Ls and smaller, instead we do 20Ls and larger. So we want to move this equipment on, to allow space for an IBC filler instead.
