Aggregate Weighing Hopper

The Transcoat 7m³ Aggregate Weighing Hopper is a heavy-duty material handling and weighing solution designed for concrete batching plants, aggregate processing systems and custom material handling applications. Engineered for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments, the hopper provides controlled aggregate storage, accurate weighing and consistent material discharge.

The hopper has a nominal capacity of 7 cubic metres and incorporates a 600mm wide discharge conveyor belt, configured for a material handling capacity of approximately 60 tonnes per hour. A dual-gate discharge system with manual control allows the operator to regulate aggregate flow and provides a simple and robust method of controlling material delivery onto the conveyor.

For accurate batch measurement, the hopper is supported by four 5-tonne load cells, providing reliable weighing for heavy-duty aggregate applications. An integrated weigh scale display provides operators with clear, real-time weight information to assist with accurate batching, loading and material control.

Built with durability, serviceability and practical operation in mind, the 7m³ Aggregate Weighing Hopper is suitable for new concrete batching plant installations, plant upgrades, replacement aggregate hoppers and custom batching systems. It can be incorporated into larger aggregate handling arrangements alongside conveyors, cement silos, weigh hoppers, mixers and other concrete batching plant equipment.
