This used Anderson Statos Pro Pod and Rail CNC Machining Centre is a heavy-duty CNC solution designed for accurate and efficient machining of panels, doors, components and shaped workpieces.
Built with a strong welded steel structure and equipped with a powerful 15HP ANDI HSK-63F liquid-cooled spindle, this machine is well suited to joinery, cabinet making, furniture manufacturing and other woodworking production environments requiring reliable pod and rail CNC capability.
The machine features a 3700 x 1600mm table size, with 6 sets of pod and rail beam tables. Each pod and rail is fitted with four movable suction cups and two pop-up pins, providing flexible workpiece positioning and strong holding for a wide range of applications. The machine also includes 6 lifting plates for easier panel handling.
Feed direction is left to right, with the reference point in the down-left position.
The X, Y and Z axes are constructed from heavy welded steel, while the Z-axis spindle carriage is equipped with a pneumatic counterbalance system for smooth and accurate operation.
