Anti-rust treated metal baler for titanium shavings

This baler is fitted with an onboard automatic purification module to clear grease, cooling liquid and surface impurities adhered to thin iron fragments before compression work begins. The solid structural frame and high-pressure hydraulic configuration deliver powerful extrusion to shape processed scraps into compact standard blocks. Manual cleanup workload is greatly reduced, chaotic stacking of dirty metal waste gets resolved, and enterprises are able to cut warehouse occupation as well as spending on transportation and subsequent furnace remelting.

Users can adopt direct feeding or automated conveyor feeding according to site layout. An optional automatic strapping device locks finished bales once specified size and weight standards are satisfied. The unit runs reliably under prolonged heavy-load working conditions with a maximum hourly throughput of 20 tons, well suited for round-the-clock waste disposal in machining workshops and integrated metal recycling bases.

This machine works with gravity feeding and belt conveyor feeding. An optional automatic tying system can realize automatic binding when the preset bale dimension or weight standard is fulfilled. It sustains stable heavy-duty continuous operation with a processing capacity up to 20 tons per hour, fitting long-term centralized treatment of stainless steel scraps in machining workshops and professional stainless steel recycling yards.
