The whole frame adopts mortise welded structure with full CO? gas shielded welding to ensure high rigidity and stable heavy duty performance. Replaceable wear resistant liner plates protect the main cabinet from abrasion and reduce maintenance trouble. Dual cylinder synchronous thrust provides even pressing force for consistent bale density.
It supports separation for scrap oil to recycle residual cutting oil. The tank interior is easy to clean, allowing quick sludge removal without complicated disassembly and preventing oil blockage.
