This wide-chamber feeding automobile baler is specially customized for direct loading of complete waste car bodies and SUV frames without complicated pre-shredding. The oversized feeding cavity can place whole scrap vehicles into the working area, which greatly simplifies the feeding process, improves overall processing efficiency and cuts extra labor and processing costs for recycling factories. After hydraulic compaction, loose car scraps are pressed into high-density standard bales, which greatly reduces occupied storage space and lowers the transportation cost of long-distance delivery.
The whole machine adopts thickened steel plate integral mortise welding technology with full CO? gas shielded welding. The overall structural strength and impact resistance are greatly upgraded to cope with the strong impact and heavy load pressure brought by the whole car extrusion. The reinforced main frame will not deform or crack even under long-term uninterrupted high-intensity compression work. The inner wall of the wide feeding chamber and compression cavity is fully equipped with thickened replaceable anti-abrasion lining plates. These liners bear direct friction and collision from car steel plates, brackets and hard structural parts, effectively avoid serious cavity wear, greatly extend the service life of the main equipment and reduce the frequency of shutdown maintenance and replacement costs of vulnerable parts in daily production.
Equipped with a high-power dual-cylinder synchronous hydraulic pressing system, the hydraulic output pressure is stable and powerful, and the pressing force is evenly distributed in all directions of the compression bin. It ensures that the whole vehicle scraps are fully compacted, and the tightness of each finished bale is uniform and stable. The machine is matched with an independent oil collecting and separating system, which can effectively collect residual engine oil, gear oil and various lubricants remaining in scrapped automobiles and SUVs to realize resource recovery and avoid environmental pollution caused by oil leakage. The internal hydraulic pipeline layout is reasonably optimized, and workers can quickly clean accumulated iron filings and oil sludge without large-scale disassembly and assembly, effectively prevent pipeline blockage and hydraulic system failures, ensure the equipment runs continuously and stably for a long time, and meet the high-load continuous production demand of large-scale end-of-life vehicle recycling yards.
