Complete Bottle Filling Line – Previously Used for Wine
Complete bottle filling, capping and labelling line available, ready for installation and production.
This comprehensive bottling line is suitable for a range of liquid products and was most recently used for wine bottling. The system includes the major equipment required to rinse, fill, seal, sleeve, label and convey bottles through the production process.

Line Includes:

Bottle infeed conveyors – 2 conveyors, 3.5m long x 1.5m wide and 2m long x 600mm wide, variable speed drive.
Bottle rinser, filler and corker, YOM 2022– 3.3m long x 1.6m wide, water rinse, rotary 12 head filler and apply cork if required.
ROPP screw capper, BORELLI, Alexa HD2.0, YOM:2018 – 1.3m x 1.0m, Suitable for bottles requiring ROPP screw-cap closures - if screw caps are required.
Sleeve applicator and Labeller, FRAMAX, Model: LLA-R-SQ-TURBO– 2.3m L x 1.1m W, applies sleeves to bottles with corks and applies front and back labels to the bottle.
Outfeed conveyor – 3.0m L x 1.5m W - Transfers finished bottles away from the packaging equipment for packing into cases - variable speed drive.

The equipment is in good working condition and has been maintained as part of a commercial bottling operation.
