Machine has swarf conveyor and comes with 4th axis table and Lang vice, 3 jaw chuck, Microcut table vice. and numerous toolholders.
The advantage of this machine is parts can be initially machined on the 4th axis table and transferred to the table vice for second op. Therefore getting the completed part made in one cycle.
Machine works really well and is exceptionally reliable. We machine a lot of aerospace and defence parts so mainly aluminium and exotic nylons .
Machine works well with stainless and mild steel parts as well.
The machine holds tight tolerances and is in use every day.
