Fifteen machines on one line: pre-shredding, granulation, air classification and densimetric separation, with pneumatic transport and dust extraction throughout. 160 kW installed.

CORE MACHINES

TG1500-75i single-shaft pre-shredder — 75 kW + 6 kW hydraulics Ø300 rotor, 46 fixed and 24 counter blades, 280 mm hydraulic pusher on a 900 mm stroke, 1670 x 1870 mm hopper opening.
2530 x 2480 x h.2520 mm, 7,200 kg.

W600 loading conveyor — 1.1 kW
4400 x 900 x h.2400 mm, 500 kg.

OB600 over-belt magnetic separator — 0.65 kW
Removes ferrous material before granulation. 1130 x 650 x h.800 mm.

Top & Flow granulating system — granulator 55 kW, turbo mill 75 kW, zig-zag air classifier 18 kW. Supplied on one frame with a single control panel. Optical sensors read the material on the belt and modulate the feed rate to the mill.

Vibro-screening — splits the granulate by size before separation.

TV750ES densimetric separating table — 3.5 kW
Separates copper from plastic on density.

TV150 end refining table — reprocesses the plastic fraction
discarded by the main table to recover the copper dust still in it.

Unloading screw conveyor Ø150 with big bag support — 1.5 kW
2200 mm loading height, 3800 x 550 x h.2700 mm.
