The Heshun HC-325CNC is an automated CNC circular cold saw designed for high-precision, burr-free metal pipe and tube cutting.
CNC Automation: Features programmable feeding and cutting cycles to handle high-volume, repetitive production runs with minimal operator intervention.
Cooling System: Integrated water-cooling and fluid-circulation system prevents blade overheating and significantly prolongs service life.
Secure Clamping: Equipped with bilateral/dual-side clamping vises that tightly secure the material on both sides of the cut to prevent deformation and reduce vibration.
Common Applications:
High-speed production cutting of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and alloy pipes or tubes.
Fabrication environments requiring precise, clean ends ready for immediate welding without secondary grinding or deburring.
This saw has done less than 100 cuts. Our factory is upgrading to laser, usually these saws go for $10000-12000 AUD.
