Complete Cinpres high-pressure nitrogen gas system for gas-assisted plastic injection moulding.
This is a Nirogen generation unit also.
We would be open to splitting up items if you want something individually.
The package includes the Cinpres GenRec 2 compressor and storage skid, twin enclosed compressor modules, pressure vessels, electrical control cabinet and two separate Cinpres PPC3000 MF-2 gas-injection controllers.
The photographed J.A. Becker & Söhne SV 225/350 N compressor is a three-stage high-pressure nitrogen compressor rated to 350 bar, with a 7.5 kW motor and free-air delivery of 276 litres per minute.
The two PPC3000 MF-2 controllers provide programmable high-pressure gas control at the injection-moulding machines. One controller is licensed for the Cinpres Plastic Expulsion Process, including Backspill and Moving Core processes. The second carries a Cinpres gas-controller licence covering phased-pressure, pressure-control and full-shot processes.
A specialised industrial system suited to manufacturers operating gas-assisted injection moulding equipment.
