A complete end-to-end dry powder blending and filling line, previously used in commercial protein powder manufacturing. Decommissioned following a production upgrade and available for prompt sale.
The Line — Four Stage Process
1. Loading Hopper — Powder ingredients are loaded into the intake hopper at ground level
2. Transfer Auger — Moves product up and into the ribbon blender
3. Mixer (1000L) — Large stainless steel blender, working capacity approximately 450 kg. Driven by an 11 kW three-phase motor. Bottom discharge with timer control
4. Holding Tank — Receives blended product ready for filling.
5. Filling Head — Auger-fed vertical filler with interchangeable nozzles and auger screws for different fill sizes
All augers feature forward and reverse function.

Viewing & Delivery
The line is fully packed and stored in a shipping container. Interested buyers are welcome to come view our current operational lines in Burleigh Heads (similar setups but larger than the line for sale) to get a clear picture of how the equipment runs in practice — just get in touch to arrange.
For Gold Coast/Brisbane buyers, local delivery in the container may be available through the storage company holding the container, you unpack at your end, and the container is collected. Enquire for details.
