Complete Robotic Palletising & Packing Line – 2x ABB IRB460 Robots, Conveyors & Auto Stretch Wrapper

Complete automated end-of-line packing and palletising system, removed from the former Freedom Foods cereal manufacturing facility. Built and integrated by Scott (PHS) and installed approximately 2014. Offered as one complete line, as removed and untested.

The line is built around two ABB IRB460 high-speed palletising robots (4-axis, 110kg payload, 2.4m reach) on Scott PHS pedestals, each with vacuum/clamp product tooling and side-channel blower. Both ABB IRC5 controllers are included, along with both FlexPendant teach pendants (one per robot).

Product infeed, pallet handling and dispatch are handled by a matched set of chain-slat, roller, accumulation and inclined conveyors (SEW-Eurodrive geared drives throughout), a powered pallet turntable, a pallet magazine, an automatic turntable stretch wrapper, and an Intermec PX6i label print-and-apply station.

Controls are Allen-Bradley - PLC, PowerFlex drives and a PanelView Plus 1000 operator terminal - with safety guarding and light curtains, Festo pneumatics and lockable power/air isolation.

Because it all comes off a single production line, the robots, conveyors, controls, wrapper and guarding are matched and integrated - suited to a food/FMCG manufacturer, contract packer or system integrator wanting a complete platform to recommission or rebuild, or a buyer after the two ABB robots on their own.

CONDITION
Previously in service at a major Australian food plant; professionally decommissioned and removed. Sold as removed and untested, as one complete line. Both ABB IRC5 FlexPendant teach pendants are included. Cabling has been coiled and retained with the equipment. General service wear consistent with age; no obvious impact damage. Buyers are encouraged to inspect.

Inspection welcome by appointment at Stanbridge NSW (near Leeton). Seller can assist with loading; buyer to arrange disconnection, rigging, removal and transport. Documentation available where applicable.
