Consisting of:
-1 cubic meter high shear mixer on load cells for dosing by weight
- High pressure water addition for self cleaning
- Screw feeder for cement powder addition
- Volumetric addition of any 2 admixtures
Typical batch time 15 minutes
Two Identical Ribbon Blenders for blending cement slurry with aggregate
Slurry Batches are diverted to blender 1 and then blender 2 on alternate batches to allow continuous supply
of the concrete mixture to the production process.
The blenders are a twin ribbon design running close to the side walls so that they are self cleaning
Aggregate volume per blender batch approximately 1 cubic meter
