Conveyor Inclined Cleated Outfeed Mesutronic Metal Detector Shredder Recyling

Heavy-duty inclined discharge conveyor fitted with a Mesutronic MN 5.1 D industrial tunnel metal detector.

Previously configured as a shredder outfeed conveyor for carrying processed material away from the shredder while detecting unwanted metal contamination.

The Mesutronic detection head is designed to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metal passing through the conveyor line. This can help protect downstream granulators and processing equipment, identify contaminated recycled material and improve product quality.

The conveyor features a wide cleated belt, geared electric drive, enclosed lower loading section, inclined discharge section and freestanding support frame. The large detector aperture is suited to bulky shredded plastics, timber, paper and other recyclable materials.

Suitable for integration into shredding, granulating, plastics recycling, timber processing and waste-recovery systems.
